An Introduction

Welcome. I’m Jez Grattan‑Kane, based in Bristol, UK.


I am a guide, of, movement, breath and relational awareness. As pathways tending to physical and mental wholeness. Synergising, an approach from Yoga, Breathwork and Integrative Transpersonal Psychology.

I work one‑to‑one as a Breathwork Mentor and Facilitate Group Sessions. At the heart of my practice, is a tending to, relationships of care, curiosity and reciprocity. Both, with-in our self and, with the broader, more‑than‑human world.

My own recovery from addiction sparked a fascination with the Mind‑Body‑Breath connection. I’m also passionate about Ecology and the embodied, relational nature of human experience.

I commited to a daily meditation practice in 2012. This has been the backbone of my healing path. In 2015-16 I journeyed with-in India and Nepal (2015‑2016), living simply, deepening my practices of Meditation, Yoga Asana and Pranayama.

Since my return to the UK. I have been teaching, classes, facilitating retreats, supporting courses. And, the work I hold dear to my heart, mentoring individuals. Aside them on their journeys. As well as growing down, through, my own therapeutic journey and trainings.

I remain a dedicated practitioner and I love sharing these practices in ways that are accessible, practical, and gently expansive.
